Healthcare information systems firm McKesson has installed its Horizon Medical Imaging PACS at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) in Edwards, CA.
Edwards AFB is the first of three military bases to replace its previous system with McKesson's PACS as part of a new contract with the U.S. Department of Defense, according to the Alpharetta, GA-based vendor.
