Medical image sharing firm LifeImage said it has won a contract for its medical imaging information exchange technology with an Ohio healthcare network.
Northern Ohio Trauma System will use LifeImage's cloud-based Lila InBox, DropBox, and OutBox technology to share medical imaging information in trauma situations. This will allow its clinicians to identify patients with urgent transfer needs, and also allow receiving trauma networks to review and understand patients' conditions prior to transfer, according to LifeImage of Newton, MA.
