Carestream Health has received a Digital Imaging Network - PACS (DIN-PACS) III contract valued at up to $45 million from the U.S. government.
In effect until April 27, 2013, the deal allows Carestream's PACS, subsystems, and components to be purchased by the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service, and federal civilian agencies, according to Carestream.
Two option periods are also available and may be exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and at the contracting officer's discretion, Carestream said.
