Canadian IT developer Client Outlook has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its eUnity software for enterprise-based medical image viewing.
The clearance enables Client Outlook to move into the U.S. market for the first time, according to the company. eUnity is already being sold in Canada, including an installation at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.
eUnity enables users to access, view, and share medical images with a calibrated monitor.
