Healthcare IT firm Aspyra has validated its AccessNet and AccessMed PACS for use with the latest release of orthopedic software developer OrthoView's surgical planning and template software.
Version 6 of the software features SmartHip, which is designed to help physicians plan total hip replacement, according to Aspyra. It also includes a limb deformity module to plan corrections and QuickScale to calibrate an image, the company said.
