Teleradiology services provider StatRad has released a new iPad app to provide clinicians with radiology reports.
With the app, users can submit exams, review reports, or submit quality assurance information when they're away from their workstation or scanner, according to the company. Users can also receive push notifications when reports are complete within seconds after they are signed off by radiologists, StatRad said.
The app also allows viewing of critical finding response times that are time-stamped and reportable, supporting Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals and other initiatives, StatRad said.
