PACS vendor Intelerad Medical Systems has unveiled InteleConnect Clinical Hub, software that provides zero-footprint access to any internal or third-party PACS or DICOM archive from any location.
Access is provided via desktop Web browsers, mobile devices, or the company's own iOS app, Intelerad said. Intelerad has also included intelligent worklists, which provide physicians with streamlined views that contain only their patients' images and activity. Radiologists can also communicate discrepancies with clinicians' impressions.
Clinical Hub also features a collaboration suite to support collaboration between referrers and radiologists, Intelerad said. Physicians can securely grant access and share exams in a single click no matter where they're stored, and deliver tailored multilevel notifications and manage critical results.
Care providers can also deliver reports and results from multiple acquisition and readings sources, Intelerad said. Clinical Hub will be released in the first quarter of 2013.
