Speech recognition and software developer Nuance Communications and PACS vendor Intelerad Medical Systems have signed a reseller agreement.
The pact will allow Intelerad to offer Nuance's PowerScribe 360 Reporting voice-enabled radiology product with Intelerad technologies.
According to Intelerad, the company has more than 1,000 imaging center and community hospital customer sites that could deploy Nuance's speech recognition for reading and reporting patient imaging results.
