Radiology services provider Optimal Radiology has joined with Advanced Diagnostic Imaging (ADI) to form a new firm, Optimal Radiology Partners.
Nashville-based ADI includes 36 subspecialized radiologists and the area's largest network of outpatient imaging centers, according to Optimal Radiology.
The new firm will have more than 100 radiologists and will provide staffing and management services to national and regional health systems, as well as independent radiology groups, the two firms said.
