PACS developer VidiStar has inked a partnership with imaging system sales and service provider Global Medical Imaging (GMI).
GMI will offer VidiStar's PACS and reporting software to its ultrasound and nuclear medicine customers. The software can be purchased as a capital expenditure and installed locally, used on a pay-per-study basis via cloud technology, or implemented as a hybrid combination of the two, according to VidiStar.
GMI customer Wilmington Surgical Associates in Wilmington, NC, recently implemented VidiStar's PACS software, the companies said.
