RIS/PACS vendor Infinitt North America has signed an agreement to provide cloud-based image archiving, retrieval, and viewing capabilities to RadCore Labs.
RadCore provides specialized research imaging to measure the efficacy of drugs, biotechnology, and medical devices in clinical trials. It currently performs close to 100,000 imaging exams per year, according to Infinitt.
RadCore plans to use Infinitt's Smart-Net offering for echocardiography trials during which cardiovascular specialists will compare ejection fraction and other measurements before and after cardiac device surgery, Infinitt said.
