Clinical trial management services firm BioClinica has released the latest version of its WebSend medical image submission technology for clinical trials.
The new release now removes protected health information prior to image submission, documents protocol deviations before images leave the investigator site, and supports both DICOM and non-DICOM image data, according to the vendor. BioClinica has also added a browser-based DICOM viewer for images sent through the Web or by courier, as well as full integration with the firm's BioPACS image management system.
