Teleradiology services provider USARad.com has launched its new SecondOpinions.com service to connect patients with specialists worldwide for same-day second opinions.
The service is designed to allow the upload of original radiological images to a secure and confidential platform, with a second opinion provided in as little as one hour after transmission, the firm said.
USARad.com plans to show the new service at the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) conference in Austin, TX, which begins May 5.
