Agfa HealthCare has renewed its support for the RSNA Research and Education Foundation with a donation commitment of $500,000 to be awarded over five years.
The foundation awarded the 2012 Agfa HealthCare/RSNA Research Resident Grant to Dr. Theodore Marentis and the 2012 Agfa HealthCare/RSNA Scholar Grant to Dr. Jonathan Dillman, both of the University of Michigan, according to Agfa. Marentis' grant award is $30,000 for a one-year study; Dillman's is $75,000 per year for a two-year study.
Agfa said it has donated more than $2 million to the foundation since 1988.
