Medical display provider Canvys will introduce two new products at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) meeting later this week.
The new 6-megapixel Image Systems 30-inch widescreen color display features LED backlights for enhanced brightness and contrast. The front and rear luminance sensors and calibration features enable presentation of diagnostic-quality PET, 3D, cardiology, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and digital pathology images.
The second product, QC Vue, is designed to address some of the quality control issues surrounding mobile devices. QC Vue provides administrators with a control tool to assess and implement quality control programs to monitor the performance of display devices, among other features.
