Software developer Shina Systems has launched its 3Di PACS software.
A Web-based platform, 3Di PACS is designed to allow access to medical images throughout the enterprise, according to the vendor. Its interface provides for study management and physician worklist functionality via a zero-footprint, 2D/3D Web-based viewer, Shina said.
The diagnostic PACS viewer facilitates reading of 2D, 3D, and 4D studies using streaming technology, support for multiple monitors, and advanced hanging protocols, the company said. Other features include volume rendering tools, rule-based hanging protocol definition and selection, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared mammography reading tools, MR spine labeling, integrated reporting, and integration with other hospital information systems, Shina said.
The new release also includes new versions of Shina's 3Di Cloud cloud-based image management and advanced visualization software suite and the firm's 3Di Workstation multimodality viewing and analysis software suite.
