PACS firm Visus has announced an upgrade for its PACS software that will be released this summer.
JiveX 4.6 will have a calendar function in the demo folder, allowing physicians to attach time data either for single dates or for multiple dates when periodic interdisciplinary meetings are scheduled. The upcoming release will also feature a presentation history that documents the dates of case presentations, the company said.
The upgraded PACS software will also be able to display, process, and manage tomosynthesis breast data independent of the modality's manufacturer.
