PACS developer VidiStar is offering an interface to the Qlab proprietary ultrasound software from Philips Healthcare.
Facilities using Philips ultrasound systems will now benefit from the availability of Philips' Qlab 2D and 3D ultrasound quantification tools within the VidiStar application, according to the firm. The VidiStar interface allows users to launch the Qlab application directly from the image while within the VidiStar PACS and online reporting software application.
The interface between Qlab and VidiStar will be available starting July 15, VidiStar said.
