PACS developer Sectra saw increased net sales and operating profit in the company's 2014 third fiscal quarter (end-January 31).
In the third quarter, Sectra's net sales increased 2.1% to 209.6 million kronor ($32.6 million), compared with 205.2 million kronor ($31.9 million) in the same quarter of 2013. Operating profit increased 45% to 30.6 million kronor ($4.8 million), compared with 21.1 million kronor ($3.3 million) in the same quarter a year ago.
For the nine-month period, Sectra's net sales rose to 583.2 million kronor ($90.7 million), up 2.5% from 568.9 million kronor ($88.5 million) in the same period of last fiscal year. Nine-month operating profit increased by 53.3% to 73.9 million kronor ($11.5 million), compared with 48.2 million kronor ($7.5 million) last year.
