Agfa HealthCare has installed its Impax HeartStation electrocardiogram (ECG) management system and Impax cardiovascular information system (CVIS) at a California hospital.
Community Medical Centers, composed of three hospitals and four outpatient centers in central California, said the installation has improved clinician efficiency and patient care management.
The systems have streamlined the clinical workflow of the cardiology department by allowing real-time viewer connectivity to HeartStation ECGs and patient medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) viewing portal, the hospital said.
