PACS vendor RamSoft has launched an online, self-service portal that will allow users and RamSoft employees to interact with each other through a real-time feature.
The portal, called RamSoft Communities, will also allow users to participate in RamSoft-led focus groups based on their professional roles. This will help RamSoft develop new features and enhancements for its radiology software, the company said.
