Image management firm Digisonics plans to unveil a new structured reporting tool for pediatrics at next month's Pediatric and Adult Interventional Cardiac Symposium (PICS-AICS 2014) in Chicago.
Designed for complex pediatric reporting workflows and other clinical specialties, Structured Macros and Report Templates (SMART) allows users to create an entire report template via a structured workflow, according to the vendor. In addition, database fields such as study measurements and patient information can be autopopulated directly into the report templates.
A new feature for the firm's cardiovascular information system (CVIS), SMART comes preloaded with a list of configurable congenital macros/templates and also features user configurability, Digisonics said.
