Ascendian Healthcare Consulting has signed an agreement with PACS consultant Michael Cannavo to provide PACS optimization and evaluation services to healthcare providers.
Called PACS Check Up and PACS Sanity Check, the services are designed to help providers who are transitioning from legacy PACS networks to more modern architectures. Cannavo's evaluations will be the first step in helping facilities decide whether to stay with their existing PACS or invest in an architecture based on vendor-neutral archives, according to Ascendian.
