PACS software developer DR Systems will highlight a new image uploading capability for its eMix image sharing service at the RSNA 2014 meeting in Chicago.
The new feature, called Secure Web Link, enables patients and physicians to upload imaging files and other medical information by clicking on a button that can be placed on any healthcare provider's website or portal, according to the vendor. The files will then be identified automatically and transmitted to the designated recipient, DR Systems said.
