Carestream Health has added lesion management capability to the Carestream Vue PACS software installed at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
The lesion management feature gathers information about tumors and how they respond to treatment. It is an embedded native application that does not require a dedicated workstation.
Among its features, the module accepts prior exam results as baseline images from other suppliers' PACS platforms and from numerous modalities, simplifies segmentation and analysis, and provides volumetric data.
