Image display firm Barco has rolled out a new diagnostic display system.
Nio 5MP LED is cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for radiology and mammography and features a number of unique image-enhancing technologies.
Barco's bright LED backlight is designed for displaying additional shades of gray, the company said. The display also offers a front-of-screen sensor, which works with Barco's online MediCal QAWeb for automated quality assurance and on-demand calibration.
In addition, Barco's uniform luminance technology enhances subtle details for reduced windowing and leveling time.
