Sales gains in its Imaging IT Solutions unit propelled PACS developer Sectra to a 15.3% increase in net sales in its fiscal third quarter.
For the period (end-January 30), the vendor reported net sales of 241.6 million Swedish kronor ($28.3 million U.S.), up from the 209.6 million Swedish kronor ($24.6 million U.S.) reported in the same period last year.
Third-quarter net profit after tax dipped slightly, however, from 28.8 million Swedish kronor ($3.4 million U.S.) a year ago to 28.4 million Swedish kronor ($3.3 million U.S.). Sectra said that margin was affected by an increased share of hardware sales in the product mix for certain major projects that are in the installation phase.
