Printing firm and software developer Lexmark International will install its vendor-neutral archive (VNA) technology at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.
As part of the implementation, Lexmark said it will assist the academic health center in migrating nearly 7 million existing imaging studies. The VNA will also be integrated with the institution's enterprise viewer and worklist applications, according to the vendor.
UF Health Shands is already using Lexmark's Perceptive Media Writer, PACS Scan, and PACS Scan Film software.
