Intelerad Medical Systems has signed a deal with Australian 3D printing technology developer 3D Medical that will enable Australian radiologists to order patient-specific 3D printed anatomic models directly from the PACS firm's InteleViewer software.
Under the partnership, clinicians in Australia will be able to click on an icon in InteleViewer -- as they are reviewing a patient's imaging study -- to order a 3D model from 3D Medical, according to the vendor.
