Carestream Health has won a contract with an Oklahoma hospital for its Vue PACS software with Web-based Vue Motion viewer.
Holdenville General Hospital is a critical access facility that serves patients in a rural area 80 miles southeast of Oklahoma City.
In the past, hospital physicians downloaded images onto DVDs that were sent with patients when they were transferred to other hospitals. With Vue PACS, Holdenville physicians can share the data electronically, Carestream said.
