Image software and archiving firm Candelis has launched an upgrade to its data exchange platform software that now includes vendor-neutral archive (VNA) capabilities.
The company's version 2.2.8 platform, called Mercury, includes support for external storage and XDS, a cloud or external storage pool, and vendor-neutral viewers and image management.
Candelis' existing customers qualify for the upgrade, which also offers connectivity to the company's Astra cloud services.
