Cloud-based software developer Ambra Health, formerly known as DICOM Grid, has unveiled three new products.
The company introduced its new cloud vendor-neutral archive (VNA), for storing not only DICOM images but also images from other medical disciplines.
Ambra has also launched Patient Aware Network, which enables a single network to index studies from multiple institutions. The platform uses a concept called thin studies, which creates one seamless network to retrieve data and images from any corresponding institution with proper authorization.
The company also unveiled the Ambra Cloud Integration Stack. The gateway and patient matching architecture is designed for interoperability with systems from other vendors.
