Agfa HealthCare will highlight the newest version of its Enterprise Imaging for Cardiology platform at the American College of Cardiology (ACC) 2017 meeting in Washington, DC.
New functionalities provide support for congenital echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, Agfa said.
Enterprise Imaging for Cardiology offers an efficient, standards-based workflow that improves interoperability and enables a comprehensive patient health record across departments within a single facility or between multiple facilities, the company said.
The software gives cardiologists an environment with a single point of access to patient information from different sources, Agfa said. Doctors can quickly retrieve a patient's complete cardiology file, generate a report, and distribute it, all during a single session and even from a remote location. Images, reports, and toolkits are supported by the task-based workflow that supports clinical workflow, according to the company.
