PACS software developer Singular Medical Technologies said that longtime technology company executive Neal Hunter has joined its board of directors.
Hunter currently serves as chairman of Know Bio, a company that is developing therapeutic nitric oxide offerings for diseases such as cystic fibrosis. He co-founded LED lighting company Cree in the late 1980s and served as CEO until 2001. Later, he launched LED Lighting Fixtures, which was acquired in 2008. He was also a founding investor and chairman at the pharmaceutical company Novan, prior to leaving that firm in 2016 to help launch Know Bio.
