Cardiac imaging software developer Circle Cardiovascular Imaging has secured $16 million in financing.
The company plans to use the funds to market its cardiovascular imaging software suite, which offers cardiologists and radiologists tools for diagnosing cardiovascular disease, as well as to further develop software modules for 4D flow MRI, CT, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), and mitral and interventional cardiology, it said.
The financing comes from private equity firms Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors of Los Angeles and Yaletown Partners of Vancouver, Canada.
