Imaging software developer Median Technologies has appointed a new chief science and innovation officer (CSO).
Dr. Nozha Boujemaa will manage the company's strategies for the development of iBiopsy, its phenomics platform. She will begin her new duties in January 2019, Median said.
Boujemaa currently serves as director of research at Inria, the French national institute for computer science and applied mathematics, and has previously served as head of the IMEDIA/Inria Research Group. In 2017, she founded the DATAIA Institute, an interdisciplinary data sciences and artificial intelligence organization, which she will run until the end of 2018.
