RIS/PACS vendor Infinitt North America has secured a contract to provide a Florida imaging practice with its RIS/PACS and Infinitt Mammo PACS offerings.
Lake Medical Imaging of Leesburg, FL, plans to install the systems at six of its facilities, Infinitt said. The practice employs 23 radiologists and has procedure volumes of 350,000 studies per year.
The deal represents one of the first implementations of Infinitt's G7 RIS/PACS -- including its Infinitt Results speech recognition, patient and physician portals, and insurance eligibility verification software -- according to the firm.
