Technology developer Barco is showing QAWeb Enterprise, a fully automated system that is cybersecure and designed to manage the quality and compliance of healthcare facilities and workstations, at the RSNA 2019 meeting in Chicago.
The new system is scalable and flexible, supporting the growth of a healthcare organization, and has been built on experience with the company's MediCal QAWeb, which is currently used by more than 3,500 healthcare organizations, according to Barco.
QAWeb Enterprise features a dashboard to supply a centralized overview of healthcare facilities and workstations, so image quality can be ensured as well as uptime of all PACS display systems across a healthcare organization. As it requires no local server, QAWeb Enterprise can be a fit for any healthcare organization, the company said.
Through the ability to manage workstations across sites, QAWeb Enterprise ensures compliance in clinical facilities or at workstations based at home. Because it can manage workstations across locations, it also facilitates the preparation of reports for audits.
