Fujifilm announced it will be launching a systems integration business for operating rooms and interventional suites.
The business will serve as a connector between Fuji's medical image capture products and Synapse Enterprise Imaging portfolio for image storage, management, viewing, and analytics technologies, according to the vendor.
Operating under the company's Fujifilm Medical Systems business unit and its Fujifilm Endoscopy division, the systems integration business will be led by Keiichi Nagata, with Devon Bream serving as global vice president and general manager of the group. It will launch in the first quarter, focusing initially on the U.S. market, Fujifilm said.
