Individuals and institutions in developing nations can apply for free, online access to the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine and the American Journal of Respiratory Cell and Molecular Biology.
Sponsored by the American Thoracic Society, courtesy subscriptions will be extended to medical specialists who are based in 62 developing countries as determined by the World Health Organization (countries with a gross national product per capita of less than $1,000 per year). Subscriptions also are available in 22 countries that have been identified by WHO as having a high incidence of tuberculosis.
