Medical equipment manufacturer Mindray Medical International has completed its acquisition of Wuhan Dragonbio Surgical Implant.
Mindray said it paid approximately $70.2 million and now owns 100% of the medical orthopedic products provider.
Wuhan Dragonbio specializes in trauma, spine, joint, and other surgical products.
