Imaging equipment distributor Merry X-Ray has purchased Sywest Medical Technologies, a Syracuse, NY-based imaging equipment sales and services provider.
Sywest offers digital radiography, computed radiography, PACS, and all ancillary medical imaging products to clinics, hospitals, veterinarians, and chiropractors, according to Merry X-Ray. It services customers in New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
Merry X-Ray said that Sywest will operate as an independent subsidiary and its existing management team will continue with the company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
