Hologic is the new global title sponsor of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Tour and has been designated as the WTA's official health partner and equality champion.
The multiyear alliance aims to achieve progress in greater wellness and equality for women. The WTA is calling this "the largest global sponsorship" in the association's history while for Hologic, this is the company's first worldwide sponsorship.
Hologic will be featured in signage and virtual advertising at WTA tournaments and events, as well as its digital platforms. Hologic also became the founding partner of Hologic WTA Labs as the association's official health partner. This initiative will focus on health innovation and research for female athletes.
The two will also promote preventive care through the annual Well Women medical visit.
