Medical and dental products startup McDonough Medical Products has reached an agreement to purchase x-ray tube and imaging system supplier North American Imaging from its parent company DC DiagnostiCare. The acquisition will include Camarillo, CA-based NAI's technology products division, which manufactures a DICOM box and other medical interface devices. All NAI key management will continue on with the new business, according to Deerfield, IL-based McDonough.
