North American Imaging of Camarillo, CA, has reached an agreement to acquire Cassling Diagnostic Imaging's x-ray medical tube-loading subsidiary, Vision Imaging Components. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to NAI parent McDonough Medical Products of Deerfield, IL.
