Imaging technology manufacturer Colorado MedTech reported 2003 fiscal first-quarter sales of $14.1 million, down 17% compared with the $17 million booked in the 2002 fiscal first quarter. For the period (end-September 30), the Boulder, CO-based firm had a net loss of $338,000, compared with a net loss of $1.1 million last year.
Chairman and CEO Stephen Onody said that the company continues to reduce its expenses to match expected revenue. In addition, Colorado MedTech continues to pursue strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value, Onody said.
