World x-ray taps Keller as CEO

Swiss x-ray firm World x-ray has named former Swissray International executive Andreas Keller as CEO. Keller will manage World x-ray's sales and marketing effort as it launches a global sales campaign for high-frequency x-ray generators manufactured by World's parent company, Stadler Elektronik.

Keller held several positions during his career at Swissray and its subsidiaries before joining World, including chief information officer at Swissray International, vice president of business development and marketing at Swissray America, and general manager of Swissray Corp. USA.

World will launch a new line of high-frequency generators for veterinary imaging at the upcoming American College of Veterinary Radiology meeting in Chicago.

Stadler was founded in 1976, and has manufactured high-frequency x-ray generators for the past 20 years. The company developed and manufactures Swissray's Gen-x 800 and Gen-x 650 x-ray generator family.
