Bone-mass firm CompuMed delisted from NASDAQ

The stock of bone densitometry company CompuMed has been delisted from the NASDAQ stock exchange, the Los Angeles firm said today.

The delisting occurred because CompuMed stock has been trading below $1 a share for longer than the NASDAQ’s listing requirements allow. CompuMed executives said that the firm meets all other NASDAQ listing criteria, and that the company would appeal NASDAQ’s decision.
