Imaging center chain Medical Resources announced second-quarter net service revenues of $36.7 million, down 9.8% compared with the $40.7 million posted in the same period in 1999. For the quarter (end-June 30), the Hackensack, NJ-based company had an operating loss of $600,000 (prior to charges relating to the sale and closure of centers and other unusual activity), compared with operating income of $1.7 million (prior to unusual charges) last year.
