Global Health Care Exchange to buy CentriMed

Online healthcare equipment purchasing company Global Health Care Exchange has signed a letter of intent to acquire CentriMed, a Westminster, CO-based healthcare e-procurement solutions provider. CentriMed’s technology is designed to improve communications between customers and suppliers and to connect members of the healthcare industry in real time over the Internet, according to Chicago-based Global Health Care Exchange. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
